Richland Towers - Broadcast and Telecom Divisions
The 1998 implementation of a federally mandated conversion of all television signals in the U.S. to digital broadcasting created a shortage of broadcast tower space. Seizing the opportunity and taking advantage of its expertise in real estate market selection, entitlement, and capital resources, Richland entered the communications and broadcast tower industry, adding key personnel experienced in broadcast transmission and project management, specifically in towers.

Today Richland Towers leases space on communications towers that it designs, builds, and manages for the following industries:

TV and FM radio broadcast (to learn more about this division click on Broadcast Towers at the top of the page), and
Wireless communications (to learn more about this division click on Telecommunications Towers at the top of the page).

Strategic Advantage
Richland's experience in dealing with difficult and diverse land issues provides Richland with a decided advantage over its more unilateral competitors. Richland can offer the customer a wealth of expertise unmatched in our industry. By so doing, Richland Towers is more prepared to address property management issues and the collocation needs of our customer.

Richland Investments

Richland Communities  is a leader in land development, entitlement and investment in the real estate industry. Founded by Jack Bray in 1979, Richland Communities today has significant land holdings in Florida, Texas, and California including residential communities, office, retail, warehouse, and large multiple-use projects.
